1: A decorated cart is pulled by a horse as part of Yeadon Carnival, money was raised for the local hospital funds in pre NHS days.
The location is Church Street, the floate is divided into two sections to represent spring and autumn.
The two girls in dark dresses standing at the back were Ida Hudson and Irene Bevan, the woman is Miss Silvester.

2: A group of people in fancy dress for the carnival.
 
3: A horse is being groomed and prepared to take part in Yeadon Carnival.
 
4: C1950: Carnival parade at Yeadon Cricket Club accompanied by Yeadon Old Prize Brass Band.
On the right, 2nd up from the bottom is Peter McCone playing a tuba, he was the father of Sharon Broadhead nee McCone who donated the photo.

1993: The floats included Joseph and His Dreamcoat from Yeadon Methodist Church, Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland and Guiseley WI in space.

A bouncy castle and stalls were located on the field in front of the Methodist Church.
