1: 2013: This historic cottage off Ivegate is now an award winning Bed & Breakfast business, it has taken owners Julie Cecere and Harvey Brayshaw  9 years to restore the building which they bought in 2004.
Harvey is one of the Yeadon Brayshaw family who were renowned for the magnificent bespoke wagons and vans which they manufactured for travelling showmen.
Willow Cottage dates back to 1732 and is a Grade 11 listed building, one of the oldest houses to survive in Yeadon.
Over the years it has had many uses, including that of a doctor's surgery.
The couple spent over £100k restoring the house, using as many local craftsmen as possible and sourcing local materials.
The resulting 5 guest bedrooms have been given glowing accolades on travel websites, the walled private garden even has fruit trees which provide produce for those who visit.

2: 2013:  Willow Cottage on Ivegate, this side view of the house is obscured by trees.

3: 2014: This is the side view of Willow Cottage, Sandy Way is in front of the cottage, on the left a small part of the Tarn Hotel is visible.
