AUCTION, by Mr THOS. BURROUGHS, at the Clothiers Inn, Yeadon on MONDAY the 2nd
day of December 1867 at Five for Six o'clock in the evening precisely and
subject to such conditions as may then be decided upon.
All those TWO
COTTAGES or DWELLING-HOUSES situate in Chapel Lane in Yeadon aforesaid now in
the respective occupations of William Yeadon and John Hudson, with the
outbuildings adjoining the east end of the said cottages. And also that small
PLOT of LAND in Yeadon aforesaid; parcel of another plot of land adjacent; two
cottages in the respective occupations of Hugh Hudson and John Walker, which
first mentioned plot of land is now staked out and contains a footage to Mill
Lane, in Yeadon aforesaid of 19 feet.
