                        Carlton near Otley, Yeadon and Eccleshill

    To Be Sold By Auction, by Mr G t Lister at the house of Mrs Beanland, the White Hart Inn at Pool, near Otley on Monday the 19th September Instant at six o'clock in the evening.

All those valuable Freehold Farms at Carlton, aforesaid, occupied by a substantial and respectable Tenantry.

Also all that valuable and extensive Inn or Public House at Yeadon called the Peacock Inn and the Land therewith occupied.

    A valuable and substantial Windmill fitted up on the most approved modern principles and a capital Messuage or Mansion House called West House, in Yeadon aforesaid, at present occupied by a Boys Boarding School with lands for the convenient occupation of the same.

    Also, in Eccleshill, all those four closes of rich Meadow and Pasture Land at Greengates occupied by Mr James Barraclough.

The whole is subdivided into Lots for sale as herein described and subject to such conditions as will  be then and there produced".
