James Longbottom, charged with having , together with Thom. Eddison, on the 14th of March, broken into the dwelling-house of Wm.Carver at the parish of Guiseley and stolen several pairs of boots, shoes, stockings &c

Also Thomas Shaw, charged with having on the 12th of April, set fire to two stacks of Wheat and one of hay at Sheffield, the property of Wm. Stones.

Hannah Maude charged by the coroners inquest with the wilful murder of Harriet Bowman in the parish of Bingley.

Jabez Priestley, Joseph Riley and Eli Priestley, labourers, charged with having, on the night of the 26th ult. feloniously broken into the dwelling-house of George Howarth of Hipperholme near Halifax and stolen therefrom a pistol and other articles.

Ellen Witham of Addingham in the West Riding, widow, charged with concealing the birth of a bastard child"
