       All that commodious Messuage (house with out buildings) situate near the Church in Guiseley aforesaid, in the possession of Mr Burnett.

A large Barn, Stables with Stands for ten Horses, Cowhouse, Gainery, Dovecoat and other convenient Out Buildings, a Garden lately planted with choice Fruit Trees and about 14 Days Work of Land, consisting chiefly of Meadow and Pasture in exceeding good Condition with Common Rights on Guiseley Moor.

       The Buildings are all new erected, well finished and suitable for a Gentleman's family.

The Tenant may purchase the present Furniture upon a reasonable valuation.

      Guiseley is pleasantly situated within two miles from Otley, eight from Bradford and ten from Leeds.
