aforesaid, on Wednesday the 22nd day of March Instant betwixt the Hours of One

All that Messuage or Tenement now divided into two
Dwellings, with a Barn, Mistall, Foldstead and Orchard there adjoining,
together with three Closes of Arable, Meadow or Pasture Ground, commonly called
or known by the several names as The Croft, The Pighill and Long Close or Sow
Royd, containing by Estimation six Acres and are now in the several
possessions of William Clayton, John Padgett and John Fishburn.
