1 & 2: 1966: Two images of Haworth Lane which show the fronts and backs of the properties.

3 & 4: 1966: An old cottage with a date stone for 1699.
 
5: This is thought to be Haworth Lane, the pale coloured building just left of centre is the Tut & Shive (Formerly the Robin Hood) Hotel.
To the right the roof of the Temperance Hall is above the houses and beyond is the chimney of Manor Mill. In the middle of the horizon is a gasometer, located at the gasworks on New Road (A65) and the tower of St Johns Church.

No 5. The building at the foot of Haworth Lane which partially obscures the Robin Hood pub was my parent's (E & S Brittle) bakers and confectioners shop, which faced onto The Green, from the mid 1950's until these properties were pulled down for redevelopment. I well remember walking up and down the lane on a regular basis.
