Horsforth First Tram 1906

Calverley Lane at the junction with New Road Side 8.15 am, the first tram
arrives at Horsforth!
On the left with his ticket machine is the conductor F
Russell, the driver, C Annakin at the front of the tram with his hand on the
control handle, a few onlookers stand around.
The number of the tram is 225, it
bears the Leeds Coat of Arms and advertisements including Bovril, Van Houtens
Cocoa and A1 Sauce.
