3: This was the filter house for the waterworks at Hawksworth. 
An abundant water supply came from Rombalds Moor, there are still reservoirs on Hawksworth Moor (January 2013).

4: This is a filter house at Hawksworth, "Yeadon Waterworks Company" is inscribed above the entrance.

It was designed by architects Chorley, Gribbon and Foggitt of 3 Park Place Leeds.
