"A row of derelict houses in Guiseley near Leeds, which residents say are an ugly eyesore, should soon disappear beneath the bulldozers to make way for a supermarket development which was first planned over 5 years ago."

C1988: View from the area of the Primitive Methodist Chapel looking to the site where Morrison's would be built, the store opened in 1989.

The green space belonged to the chapel, it and the monument still remain (November 2018).
