To Be Sold To The Highest Bidder

              Situate at Yeadon in the Parish of Guiseley in the County of York

    At the house of John Slater, Innholder, in Yeadon aforesaid, on Wednesday the 22nd day of March Instant betwixt the Hours of One and Three in the Afternoon.

Subject to the Conditions of Sale there to be produced.

     All that Messuage or Tenement now divided into two Dwellings, with a Barn, Mistall, Foldstead and Orchard there adjoining, together with three Closes of Arable, Meadow or Pasture Ground, commonly called or known by the several names as The Croft, The Pighill and Long Close or Sow Royd, containing by Estimation six Acres and are now in the several possessions of William Clayton, John Padgett and John Fishburn.

     For further particulars inquire of Mr Myers, Attorney at Law, at Farnley near Leeds.

The vendors are willing to let 200.1 remain on the premises at 4 Per Cent.
